- Why are some entries missing from the dashboard usage analytics? If you notice that some entries are not displayed in the dashboard usage analytics, it could be due to their query size being less than 0.001 GB or you haven't send any successful traffic yet. In order to provide a more streamlined and relevant view of your usage data, entries with extremely small query sizes are excluded from the display.
- How long does it takes for the dashboard to fetch the traffic data? It typically takes around 5-10 minutes for the dashboard to display the most up-to-date traffic data.
- What does "Standby" plan mean? The "Standby" plan is a feature that allows users to queue multiple plans, where the next plan will automatically be activated when the current plan runs out of data or expires. The expiry time and data usage of the standby plan starts when the current active plan has expired. This process happens seamlessly, without any disconnection.
- Do I need to whitelist my source IPs for each active plan? For unmetered traffic plans, IP whitelisting is mandatory to comply with our ethical usage policy. However, please note that there are limitations on the number of source IPs that can be whitelisted. A maximum of 3 IPs can be whitelisted for each active unmetered plan. For metered plans, IP whitelisting is optional, but users may whitelist up to...
- Why am I seeing URLs that I didn't send any traffic? There are several reasons why this may occur. Additionally, the bot/tool may send pings to different URLs as part of its code. Finally, the target website may use a content delivery network (CDN) su...
- What does network status 407 mean? A 407 status code, indicating authentication failure, could result from the following scenarios: You have an inactive or expired plan. You're using an unmetered traffic plan without having whitelisted a source IP address. Traffic is originating from an unauthorized IP. You're relying on an outdated proxy list. How to Resolve? Double-check yo...
- What does network status 200 mean? Code 200 indicates that a successful connection was made between the user's machine and our proxy network.
- What does the source IP mean? The source IP toggle displays the IP address of your machine that is sending traffic. This allows you to track which machines are sending traffic and analyze your usage patterns.
- Do I need to re-download proxies when standby plan becomes active? If you have the same number of IPs in your active and standby plans, you don't need to do anything. However, if you have more or fewer IPs, it's recommended to re-download the proxy list.
- Why is there a one-day gap between the expiry of an active plan and the start date of a standby plan? Please ignore the 1-day difference. As long as your standby plan has a future date, it will be activated automatically, and you won't experience any downtime.
