- Why are some entries missing from the dashboard usage analytics? If you notice that some entries are not displayed in the dashboard usage analytics, it could be due to their query size being less than 0.001 GB or you haven't send any successful traffic yet. In order to provide a more streamlined and relevant view of your usage data, entries with extremely small query sizes are excluded from the display.
- Is it possible to use both my active and standby plan simultaneously? No, you cannot use both your active and standby plan at the same time. You must wait until your active plan expires before you can use your standby plan. Alternatively, you can use up all the data on your active plan before switching to your standby plan or create a new account and purchase a plan on there.
- Why did my active plan expire before the end date? This can happen if you have used up all the data allotted to your plan before the expiry date. To check how you have used your bandwidth, please visit the usage analytics page on your dashboard.
- Will I get a set of new of proxies if my IPs get banned? Unless the issue is on our end, we usually don't need to provide a new set of IPs. We constantly monitor your private IPs and replace them with fresh ones when needed, without any additional effort required from you. This process is done in the background to ensure you have reliable and high-quality proxies at all times.
- Why do some of my proxies fail when I test them? It's normal for a small percentage of your proxies to fail when testing them as they are real IPs. If you retest them after a few minutes, they should work properly. Testing all your proxies at once can also cause some to fail, as the testers may not be able to handle the load.
- Why do all the proxies appear to be the same? The proxies are not the same.Every proxy has a distinct digit right before the ":PASSWORD" in your proxy, which represents a unique private IP address.
