Does Live Proxies offer auto-renewal for plans? No, we not offer auto-renewal for plans. Users must manually purchase their plans each time. However, users can choose to receive reminder emails through their dashboard.
Can I buy and use different plans on one account? Yes! We allow our users to use multiple different proxy plan types on a single account, providing the ability to meet all their various needs.
What's the delivery time after the purchase? After purchasing a plan, your proxies will instantly show up on your dashboard but the network activation may take up to 20 minutes.Trying to utilize your proxies directly after the purchase will result in connection errors, so please wait at least 20 minutes.
